This is a Banarasi style Red Chili Tukda Achar which is made by cutting the red chilies into smaller pieces and is made without the usage of fire. The heat from the sun is used in the pickling process and it takes approximately 5-7 days for the achar to be made. Store in a cool and dry place to increase the shelf life of the achar.
